Hi, I’m Herrieta Obriko (you can call me H.) I am a clinical hypnotherapist and RTT Therapist with a decade of experience helping people from all walks of life overcome mental and emotional health issues.
My path to this work started in my teenage years, when I was struggling with crippling depression and anxiety. I believed that there was something wrong with me. That I was “broken” and that I was too different to have the kind of life and emotional wellbeing that I wanted. I was content to just survive. Thriving was out of the question.

There was nothing wrong with me. I just didn’t understand my mind and how it worked. It would take years of exploration and becoming a hypnotherapist for me to fully understand the mind. The moment I understood the mind and how it worked, I realized that it was the most incredible tool at my disposal and that I could use it to get whatever I wanted from life.
It pains me to see so many people struggling with the same limiting beliefs I had. Thinking that they are broken and that what they want isn’t possible or available to them. That’s not true. Once you understand and learn how to direct your mind, the life you’ve only dreamed of becomes possible.
